Thought we should have a little discusion on our new goal keeper.
Personally I think he is a fine goal keeper.
The question to be asked is he going to be our #1?
Kalac is now injured and even older than Dida.
Dida has not resigned his contract and after all the bad blood last year have those wounds truly healed on Dida's part?
As for Fiori I have never even seen him play so cannot comment. |

appropriate poll, wondering how it's gone unnoticed for weeks
speaking for myself here, because i didn't get to see any Messina games i was waiting for Storari to make his debut and prove himself up to the role, well i might be wrong here but after having seen him in action last sunday i think he deserves everyone's confidence, really convincing start since he alone managed to keep Livorno at bay in the first half and should he confirm such high standard throughout the next few weeks then Dida should start considering quitting the Milan job as the only available option
did you get to see this game Obita, if so what do you reckon, are you happy with him? |

ok one good even brilliant performance doesn't say much in terms of absolute reliability, how true is that, it is enough to start talking positively though
he's given the chance to play an handful of games and my first impression is that he won't blow it

Well i actually have see a fair amout of Messina's games over the last couple of years and he is a decent goalkeeper.
He was always in the highlight reels of Serie A games.
He definitely can play in serie A and we will see sooner than later in CL.
As far as proving himself well I am not worried and am confident you will all be happy to cll him our keeper.
As for Buffon he is a pipedream and with the shameless attempts of CONI to get Rube back in A he will not leave them since they are back in A next year. |

| True, to Livorno he should be grateful for the the opportunity to play regular football but if you ask me, i think there is no future with a 'municipal' side like Livorno and Amelia should move on - of course to Milanello. |

Not surprising but a full year without any european competitions for him.
It would be a pleasure to see them finish out of the top 4 and then see how happy he is then... |
