The lack of consistancy is hurting us this season talking us to the instance of almost giving up Scuddetto, thinking of a hard scenario to get to the next year's CL and making us wonder WHY DIDN'T WE GOT OTHER PLAYERS THE LAST OFFSEASON?
I think that's a frecuently-asked question for you guys, but really we didn't we got them?
Just remeber all the speculation, Ruud VanNistelroy, Crespo, Ibra, Zambrotta, Buffon, Cannavaro, Sobis, Cicinho, and don't forget Trezeguet, etc, and what did we got? A not-well known Oliveira who cost us a lot and who is not getting his job done.
I remember some days before transfer window ended just after Ronaldo's transfer taalks borke up and Ancelotti saying: "We only want Oliveira", well his lack of clear thinking to call it one way, is costing us a lot, how many goals has he scored? What was the last he scored? I don't remember but it's quite a few time since.
We could be developing a future star (Sobis), getting consistancy (Crespo), getting some good football (Ruud), a nice player (Ibra), the solution to our central defense (Canna), we wouldn't have a probem in the defense after injuries and bad playing (Zambrotta or Cicinho), we would have a good goalkeeper after Dida's blow and contract problem (Buffon), but no, we got a lack of consistancy team, specially in a not-scoring offense, and it will get worse with Dida out.
I think this one is on Ancelotti to, if he asked Silvio to get somebody, he would bring it, but in his stupid posture he wanted Oliveira although there was some quality on the market.
So I blame Ancelotti for all of our problems we are having right now! |

I remember we discussed this problem before, they couldn't really anyone or make big money moves until after the hearing, and then qualify for the C.L. Then it was to late as most of these players were sold already.
The only one that you mention there that we really should have signed was Crespo. As for the likes of Sobis or Ibrahimovic, no thanks I dont think they would have made any difference. Maybe signing a more profile defender than Bonera would have helped too!
I have to say I feel quite sorry for Oliveria, despite him hitting the woodwork week in, his poor sister kidnapping must really be affecteting, so I think the poor fellaw should be given the benefit of the doubt here. |

| Crespo and Zambrotta were the only lads really worth the effort of splashing out some cash, well we all know how things unfolded last summer don't we - more to the point, given the amount of injuried players we now need to make the most of this winter transfer window, possibly someone who hasn't played CL games yet, just out of curiosity anyone knows if Cassano did |

That's a good question GMT, I think he has played once or twice. Would have been good though. It would be great to bring in a couple of new faces during the winter transfer window. Preferably a defender or two. Now that Cafu, Maldini and Costacurta are leaving, we will have a new backline come next season, in a way it's kind of exciting. i strongly feel we missed out on Gallas, he was there for the taking.
Something else that would be intersting is a real pacy winger, like C.ronaldo, Robben or Robinio. I think we need something else in the team.
huntlenaar would be my choice to replace Inzaghi, I have seen him play quite a few times and he's a natural goalscorer and as most of you know, they are hard to come by. Torres would be another option? |

maybe this is the end of a cycle on defense, we need to get new blood, I heard a kid playing in primavera team is ready to step up for Paolo, we need another central defender and a replacement for the old Cafu, at midfield I think iswhere we have less problems, but our real necesity is the attack, heard that Milan declined on a brilliat young argentinian striker who is going to Madrid supposedly, that would be nice, developing another star, thing we were going to do with Sobis but when the deal was almost finished, something happened and he went to Betis, I don't think Oliveira is a nice player, coach liked him over any other, he's not playing well, and that is a part of Ancelotti's doom.
I think we missed Sobis, Gallas, Crespo, Zambrotta and Buffon by the lack of determination cause the money was there after sheva's departure, talking of that, I heard Sehevas was willing tocome back, what do you think? |

nice picks elmickio, namely Robben and Ronaldo, that's the kind of wide player we're desperate for, thing is they've already played CL games, or should we consider this season as already gone down the drain and get set for the next one
as for Amelia - still remember of Livorno president Spinelli saying last summer that he's already signed for us |

just came across a couple of backpage headlines from two different papers of course, tabloids stuff to be precise, well as you can easily guess it's all about this winter transfer window
the first one goes: Sheva off to Milan - and the other one: Sheva stays put
heh, you decide! |

| Seen alot speculation about that too. He should stay, Sheva decided to leave and now he's paying for it! It hurt when he left, now i'm over it keep reading that Ronaldhinio's coming also? I wonder where these stories are coming? |

Ok here is my theory; Milan has promised a big signing....
Sheva is yesterday's news and as has been pointed out he cannot play CL.
Ronaldinho has done nothing for the last 6 months and then all of a sudden scores his best goal ever on the weekend.
Kaka can't keep carrying the team the way he has been by himself.
They either get him some support or he will be gone this summer.
So the question is who is the best striker to get who can still play CL (Tevez??)
Further we need to wingbacks both right and left. (????) For centrals we have Simic Nesta and Khaladze. We should have signed Gallas.
Cannavaro can go screw himself and his golden ball. In a recent interview he is still crowing that HE won 2 Championships with Juve. (I guess he only reads his own press clippings)
I just see the whole team in need of a major overhaul.
The only decent signings this summer were Gourcuff and Brocchi (who has done a good job for the team)
So who will we get? |

Brocchi was not signed, he just returned to Milan..he was not permanently signed by the Violas.
The propect of a sheva return is contentious but all i can say is that he made a mistake and we should forgive him and welcome him back provided it is a permanent move. 6 months only will cause a conflict with the more loyal players so it is all up to him to decide..to sontinue suffering in a league that gives no space for skill and technical abilities but athletism....
just been shelling some arsenal fans that henry should move to italy if he wants to win a continental award. |
