We all know Seedorf plays at his best (Now Only) in important games.
HE will not break a sweat if he feels it is beneath him.

While I have no problem personally with this it is hardly condusive to good team cohesion.
As Far as the coach goes he needs to engineer success and not put players in a position where they fail or in Seedorf's case piss off paying fans.
But based on your analysis (I did not get a sniff of the game anywhere on this side of the pond) Ancelotti obviously was just tinkering with the line up...
We will see the real team at the Super Cup in Monaco...Then lets see if we need to sharpen our knives or pens/quills.

Isn't the season still very young for some drastic ideas?

Correct but we will get a better sense of how successful we will be as a team with the clash in Monaco.

Well the latest over the last 2 days has Galliani saying Tiego Motta (barcelona) and Emerson (real) are now to be Milan's any day now.
Barca has said no way without compensation and have turned down 4 Million Euros for the man.

In other news the loan of Marco Storari will be finalized for a 2 year loan to Levante an Spanish Division 1.
Medicals need to be finalized and then Marco will be presented to the club.

Marco thank you for the efforts and good luck with your new club. I personally always thought you deserved a chance with Milan.

indeed Storari wasn't given any decent change to show what he's got while at Milan. All the best for him.

Offical:LAST MINUTE - EMERSON: DEAL CANCELLED
8/15/2007
MILAN - AC Milan denies the purchase of Emerson. It was not possible to find an economic agreement between the two clubs. The deal has been called off.

Read somewhere else that they have made another bid for Baptista

It's true tha Galliani made that offer. It is NEVER good to do any business wit Real because it invites them to Kaka

Fair enough,

but we have to sometimes think about reinforcements regardless what team they play for (if available) our team and forget about one player.

I agree we need reinforcements, and Baptista could be one. But remember the player wants to remain in Madrid and worst still Real are asking for alot of money that could be invested in a player interested in playing for Milan. There are still options out there. Kaka remains fundamental for Milan and we should protect him from Real Madrid especially.
