The Epl Starts on Saturday the 11 of August.
Here are the match ups the first week.
Sat - 11 Aug 07
Sun'land v Tot'ham
Bolton v N'castle
Derby v Portsm'h
Everton v Wigan
M'brough v Blackb'n
West Ham v Man City
A Villa v Liv'pool
Sun - 12 Aug 07
Arsenal v Fulham
Chelsea v Birm'ham
Man Utd v Reading
Hopefully our predictor league is ready to go at that time. |

I really want to see the new Arsenal this season without Henry...can be better?
And I'm really intrested to see Torres, because I really don't think he's a goooooood player like the people says...but I will see.. |

Well Torres played about 30 minutes in the tournament just concluded in China and did not impress or dissapoint either.
I have no doubt he will take time to adjust however to the EPL as al players coming from other leagues have had to. |

| Well...I will be more interested in seeing some decency from the managers to allow the game do the talking. I think they talk too much and these makes the English game a circus and football is not just about the talking but some decency...I will be curious to see what Errikson, Alladyce and Jol have to say on the league this season because they have assembled formidable squads. And Judashenko....good luck or more bad luck! |

| Big Sam's Toons pulled double-blood on La juventus (2-0) and Buff made a de Rossi type assault on a young Newcastle striker (Caroll) and almost sparked ugly scenes on the pitch as players from both sides reacted to the impact of the challenge. The Toons may clearly be a side to reckon with in the EPL this season. |

Any word on Sheffield's law suit against West Ham anyone?
That seems to have dropped off the radar, or I just am not looking hard enough....
Also almost puked reading GDSport today.
merdazurri beat man u 3-2 and they were positively gushing...
What happened to unbiased reporting or did Moratti buy that too? |

The case is still pending and FA has threatened Sheffield with a ban should they not win the case and may be Sheffield has gotten cold on it.
inter's 3-2 win over United means nothing really. Afterall they are all Nikies (Nike Sports teams) and they suck....Adidas is the bomb. |

Here are the results so far today.
Sunderland V Tottenham 1 - 0 Great start to the newly promoted Black Cats (I always thought some of the best fans in the UK)
Bolton V Newcastle 1 - 3 Poor start at home for the Wanderers. They need to get it together or it will be a long season.
Derby V Portsmouth 2 - 2 no comment
Everton V Wigan 2 - 1 Everton doing what they need.
Middlesbrough V Blackburn 1 - 2 Blackburn taking a good 3 away points. Great start for them.
West Ham V Man. City 0 - 2 Great away win for Man City and looks good on the hammers for selling off the only reason they had to play in EPL; Tevez
Aston Villa V Liverpool 1 - 2 Definitely no comment.
Arsenal V Fulham 12 Aug 12:00 Will the real Arsenal show up???
Chelsea V Birmingham 12 Aug 13:30 Lets see how Morinho plans to bore opposition teams to death this year... not to mention the fans
Man. United V Reading 12 Aug 16:00 I cannot deny it seeing Tevez in a Man U strip will be painful...... Gallianiiiiiiiiiiii you missed the boat here. |

Here are the results for today Sunday the 12th.
Arsenal V Fulham 2 - 1
Chelsea V Birmingham 3 - 2 Chelsea gets a home win but bearly
Man. United V Reading 0 - 0
Man U lost the most in the opening week. Not only did Sir Alex not play any of the new signing (except Nani after Rooney was injured) but his team failed to score at home after scoring over 126 last year.
Further Rooney broke his foot again and it is not understood how long he will be out for.
There was no Tevez, Hargreaves or any other new players played so it was an odd start to the season at home.
Of all the major teams in the EPL only Man U failed to get 3 points on day one. Time will tell if this will prove to be significant later in the season. |

| As I had hoped, the Toons might be a force as they played with great fluidity against Bolton. Man United will have to feel the heat after all the summer purchases and let them prove themselves |
