Milan 1 - 2 Catania first leg of the 1/4 finals of Coppa Italia
Milan fielded some regular non starters tonight with Emerson, Brocchi, Serginho, and finally Gourcuff getting starts, the rest of the team was filled out with players from the Primavera team while our regulars rest for the derby.
While the team created many opportunities they failed to capitalize on all but one. Catania on the other hand took advantage of the two real chances they had taking advantage of some uncertainty in the play of Digao (Kaka's brother) on both goals.
The follow up away match will be played in Catania and will not be easy for Milan. |
